Overview
The village of Warren is a 20 minute drive from the intersection of the Perimeter Highway (Route #101) and Provincial Highway #6. Directions are available in our Find Us section.
Warren Meadows is now selling residential lots in Phase 4 of our 5 Phase development. You can view the lots available in our Lot Plan section.
The construction of building is under the jurisdiction of the R.M. of Woodlands. You can review the Building Permit Requirements and a obtain a printable Building Permit Application by accessing these sections.
Lindell Development Inc. entered into a Development Agreement with the R.M. of Woodlands. Please refer to the Development Agreement Summary, which contains particular issues and responsibilities of the Lot Purchaser.
Services
Utilities include natural gas, electricity, sewer and water and telephone. These utilities are available to each lot at the property line.
Garbage pick-up is available weekly from May until October and bi-weekly for the remainder of the year. There are also 2 landfill sites for the disposal of material from larger projects. The village of Warren is actively involved in a recycling program and a composting program in the Spring and Fall.
Police Service for safety and protection services is provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Emergency Medial Services are available at the Stonewall Medical Centre, a 15 minute drive west of Warren. Ambulance service is also provided out of Stonewall.
First & First Responder services are provided out of Warren by the volunteer Fire Department.
